Woodfire Workshop at Pottery West in Las Vegas, NV.

"Forms for Woodfire" with Al Tennant and Tom Coleman from March 29 - April 4th. Al and Tom will focus on wood-firing and share slips and slides.

Kiln fee: $25 a cu. ft

Workshop Schedule:
Saturday 3/29 : Wad and Load kiln
Sunday 3/30 : Start Kiln - Kick the tires and start the fires Sunday March 30th.
We'll fire thru Tuesday April 1st.
Monday/Tuesday 3/31 and 4/1: Continue firing and we will build a woodfire Pizza Oven!!

Wednesday / Thursday 4/2 and 4/3: Al Tennant and Tom Coleman Throwing Demo (and, all the Wood-Fired Pizza you can eat!!) While the kiln cools we'll have a 2 day throwing workshop with Al Tennant and Tom Coleman.
Friday 4/4: Open kiln and critique the results.

We'll be taking lots of photos of the pots and the people who have attended our first woodfire event at Pottery West.

On-site housing will be available for the woodfiring.
